Position: Call Centre Team Leader Location: Johannesburg (Parktown) Reporting to: Medical Manager Main purpose of the job: To deliver quality care service to all Right to Care Health Services clients (RTCHS) and ensure smooth running of the call centre of the company. Key Performance Areas/ Description of Duties but not limited to: Clinical Case Management Monitor call centre activities Conflict, time and attendance management Monitor and manage call centre leave administration Medical Male Circumcision calls and forms administration Ensure team attendance to code of conduct Performance management Orientate new staff members on processes and functions of ETP department Training and development Communication and Reporting Standby and overtime Minimum Requirements: 3 years HIV management experience and skills 1 year call centre experience 1 year experience in STI and TB management Registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC) HIV Qualification and Counselling Fluency in any other official South African language Desirable Education: Relevant B-Degree in Nursing Education and Management or equivalent Experience: 1 year experience in managing staff 1 year Primary Health Care experience 2 years Case Management experience 3 years Clinical experience SKILLS PROFILE Generic Technical Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of TherapyEdge (desirable) Customer service orientation Working experience on Call Centre System Computer Literacy Change facilitator Professional ethics Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail All interested and suitably qualified candidates should deliver/forward a CLEARLY MARKED copy of their CV and motivation letter to [email protected].
