Position : HR Advisor (Based in Singapore) Payment : Singapore $ 4k – 8k / per month Responsibilities: • Functions as a Human Resources business partner /HR advisor by actively engaging the internal customers within the Group, support and add value to the business in various aspects of their Human Resources needs in the country • Coordinates all HR transactional task to the HR Shared Services • Handles immigration matters – all employment & workers pass • Coordinates all training requirements for the Group to qualify as Grade A1 status for BCA • Review, align and update key HR Policies and Procedures for full compliance with local statutory regulations and the Group’s Policies • Organize effective communication on all HR related matters • Plays an important role in supporting and delivering HR initiatives within Country • Translates strategic HR to value added business efficiently for projects • Design and present HR related reports for management review • Handles ad-hoc assignments/projects that arise from time to time Requirements:- • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience • Through understanding of Singapore labor and employment laws • Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision • Highly motivated and resourceful • Possess good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all level of staff • Excellent communication skills • Possess professional integrity and business ethics
