Position Open for Director of Ignatian Volunteer Corps The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) is a program of service and faith formation for retired men and women sponsored by the Jesuits of the Missouri Province. Ignatian Volunteers are matched with a partnering social service agency where they commit two days each week to serving the poor or marginalized. The Director of the Ignatian Volunteer Corps is the spiritual and organizational leader of the program, and oversees all aspects of the program including the spiritual formation of Ignatian Volunteers, relationships with partner agencies, the recruiting of new volunteers, agencies, and spiritual directors, and ensures a strong relationship between the Ignatian Volunteers and the Jesuits.
