Position : Product Sales Manager - Fashion Our client is a leading retailer who is seeking for as experience Product Sales Manager - Fashion in Macau. Job Description: - PSM is the primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales; - Managing, mentoring, and developing a cross-functional sales team; - PSMs own their brand/categories of business at store level and are responsible for ensuring promotions, product training, and overall floor presentations are being met; - Working directly with the corporate merchant team on effectively executing what needs to happen to drive sales today as well as communicating future opportunities for growth; - Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers; - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Hospitality, Marketing, Business studies or related discipline; 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in retails; - Excellent management and able to handle multi tasks; - Excellent communication and strong customer service skills; - Good planning and organizational skills and attention to detail; - Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin; - PC proficiency; - Macau ID holders only.
