Position: Product Trainer - Consumer Electronics Products Location: Dubai, UAE (UAE BASED CANDIDATES NEED ONLY APPLY) Our client, a Multinational Entity, is seeking to hire a smart Trainer who should be from the Electronics field / industry and be familiar with electronic products like in Home Entertainment (TV, Home Audio), Digital Imaging (Cameras including DSLR) and Phones. You could also look at shop floor staff who are familiar with electronic products. - Conduct training - Plan and Schedule monthly training activities thru communication with Salesman and business partners. - Provide report for every end of the trainings / activities to management. - Improve the salesmen Knowledge and Sales talk (Showrooms & other Dealers) - Improve the salesmen Soft skills or Customer Service. - Improve Local Trainers Knowledge & Soft Skill (from every business partners) - Create Training Material/Demonstration/Sales talk from Marketing/Sales team direction. - Provide Training contents & examination through Web Training System/SNS directly to Promoters. Fluency in English is absolutely essential . Arabic would be an advantage.
