Position: Provincial Programme Coordinator Location: Mpumalanga- Nelspruit Office Reporting to: Programme Manager Qualifications and Experience: • Matric (Grade 12) • B Degree in Management Certification • Qualification in administration/management • 3 years’ experience in management • 5 years’ experience in administration • Proven Managerial experience Required Skills: Generic: • Initiating action • Decision-making • Conceptual skills • Collaboration • Human skills Technical: • Ability to fulfil a managerial role • Professional Knowledge and Skill • Respect to patient’s confidentiality • Delegation and follow up • Leadership and strong managerial skills Duties include: Project Management: • Management of project delivery in the Province • Drawing of project plans • Conducting continuous needs analysis of projects • Submit monthly reports on implementation progress to the Province Programme Manager • Facilitate data management and monthly reporting for DORA and USAID • To draw up monthly work plans based on quarterly plans as identified in conjunction with DOH • Engage and manage stakeholder relationship • Ensure timely dissemination of internal RTC communication Financial Management: • Management of projects within USAID funding control • Implement effective internal controls for petty cash • Maintain supply chain processes as per the RTC policies Staff development: • Conduct Training needs assessment on all RTC appoint staff • Work with the Regional Training Centre Officials from Department of Health to develop joined training plan Human Resources Provisioning: • Recruit and place staff accordingly at all RTC supported sites • Development and distribution of RTC job descriptions for specific staff categories • Conduct skills audits and staff development plans • Conduct performance management of staff Administration: • Conduct site assessments of all and intended RTC supported sites and address gaps accordingly • Attend district and Sub-district DOH meetings • Ensure ongoing Asset Management • Conduct quarterly review of all RTC seconded staff, except the Medical Officers • Liaise with HQ support services IT, HR, Finance, training department and ensure effective internal systems and control Interested applicants must submit their CV, certified copies of their ID and Qualifications and Letter of motivation by: Emailing: [email protected] Faxing: 086 627 6652 Should you not receive a response to your application from Right to Care within one month of this advert being placed, kindly consider your application as being unsuccessful, we nonetheless want to thank you for your interest shown in our organisation.
