Specific Responsibilities : 1) Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales . 2)Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region . 3)Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products . 4)Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business . 5)Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards . Key Performance Indicators : 1)Agent Recruitment . 2)Agent productivity . 3)Agent Activation . Domicile: Only local residents - minimum preceding duration 3 years Preference to candidates who stay within 10 kms of branch in both urban and rural areas (Minimum stay duration to be validated by HR through schooling city, graduation college, last organization location) Infrastructure Mobile Mandatory (No hiring, if the candidate does not have a mobile phone) Preference will be given to two wheeler owner .
