Position Three: Facilitators (3) Position Summary: Reporting to the Coordinator, the facilitators will facilitate the operations involved in the successful completion of the NAPOIE Activities in the identified health facilities in 9 provinces of Zambia stated above. Essential Responsibilities: Directly responsible for the completion of the site interview In the field supervision of the Data Abstractors to understand all vital aspects of their respective activities Ensuring that the Data Abstractors understand the scope of work as well as what they are individually responsible for Making schedules of what needs to be completed by what date, as well as of team meetings and coordination Support technical efforts on data abstraction Compiling and maintaining interim project reports and minutes of meetings Communicating relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the projects requirements, unexpected hitches etc. Assist with report writing and general communication within the team Assisting the Data Abstractors in various activities such as setting up meetings with the provincial care specialists, ART clinic in-charge and district ART focal point persons. Education/Required Experience: BA in Development Studies or equivalent.
