Position: Training Administrative Coordinator (full time) Location: 39 Empire Road, Parktown, Johannesburg (Training Department) Reporting to: Training Administrative Supervisor Qualification and experience Matric or Grade 12 Certificate Computer literacy, including all MS Office programmes; Access would be advantageous Customer Care Training and Call centre training Code 08/10 Valid Driver’s licence 3 years’ experience in office administration. 3 years’ experience in a training environment 3 years’ experience in data capturing Advantageous: Knowledge of HIV/AIDS Duties Perform general Secretarial/Administrative tasks Capture data onto Access data base Provide Output Reports Serving as administrative coordinator and data capturer within the training Department for all clinical programmes offered within Right to Care.
