Effectively lead cross-functional teams (news, technology, operations, and translation) to successfully deliver new website initiatives. • Work closely with team members to manage and make sure the news is collected and aired on time. Establish success criteria and act as point of contact for all news matters and project deliverable. • Establish a sound working relationship with all news team, IT and designing department, Regional team, external news agencies and organizations, Technical teams, technical professionals, engineering, Program Manager, Marketing and Sales Team to resolve issues that arise during trials or integration. • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. • Manage online news, online and social media operations. • Manage the marketing and Sales plans, road map and initiatives with main goal to generate long term and short term revenues. • Create and manage proposals, Statements of Work and detailed project plans for project integration including scope, schedules, dependency, resource planning, budget estimates and risk management. • Work independently or lead small teams to oversee/create project plans and deliver the appropriate integration solution. • Identify possible problems/risks and create solutions. • Track and document status and time spent on project integration. • Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improving our project methodology and quality of integration. • Supervise online news team and all online news activities. • Any other duties assigned by Manager. Education: 1. At least 5 Years experience of supervising/managing a department. 2. Must have bachelor in Administrative fields. 3.
