Position in Agility: Manager Customer Service (Female) Location: Karachi Brief Job Description: · Filing of the CSD reports, target list, existing list & hot clients list. · Co-ordination with operation for dispute of foreign invoices/settlements. · To update and maintain proper record of the existing corporate clients. · To ensure proper services to the customers; clients feedback to be obtained through structured surveys and questionnaires and resolve customer complaints. · To be responsible to initiate proper telemarketing, mail shot and marketing plan for business development. · To help and assist sales staff in achieving their targets. Job Specification: · Masters/MBA in Marketing / Supply Chain · Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role · Candidate must be extrovert and proactive with strong analytical, communication and decision making skills · A good command on Microsoft Office is must. · Must be energetic and self- motivated to build strong customer relationships You are requested to share CV from your current database as well as advertise the job post on your University Portal/Network.
