Position –Operation officers 6 posts Duty station – Shinyanga region Direct entry Qualification • Holder a diploma degree in social work, community development, community planning or any other social science • Working experience with atleast 2 years in the related field will be an added advantage • Effective written and verbal communication • Have computer skills in Ms word, PowerPoint, internet ,e mails • High skills on report writing, monitoring and evaluation • Skills and work experience in planning and project management • Working with Health NGOs especially mother and child will be added an advantage • Hard working and committed to the work given • High level competence and honestly of the work • Good command of English writing and spoken Duties and responsibilities • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management • Planning and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering expected benefits in challenging contexts to tight deadline. • Ability to build effective working relationship, inspiring confidence and credibility with employees at all levels.
