Positive Update!! I decided to add some exercise into my daily life and to drink the dreaded 8 glasses of water a day. I started Monday with a small goal of 10 minutes a day. Which is 10 minutes more than I have done in a year ;). I did 3 ten minute rides on my recumbent bike the first day 2 15 minute rides the second and third by the fourth I was up to a half hour. I also added 10 minutes of light weight arm exercise two days a week. I am managing at least 6 glasses of water so far. I cant believe the difference this small change has made for me. I have had energy all week. I still dont want to get out of bed in the morning but once I push through it its up hill from there. Its only been a week so I am not going to say this is what you should do but it cant hurt to try. I am tired of being tired and tired of the mind set I have hashimotos this is my lot in life. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to get my life back!! Happy Sunday all!!! Fight your way out of the fog!
