Positive thoughts Day 20 1. Woke from a good nights sleep feeling a whole lot better than I have all week - I can cope with a few days feeling sick each time βΊοΈ 2. I am so missing my gym classes but am feeling positive that I will be fit and healthy this time next year and beach body ready for my hols π 3. How you think about a problem is more important than the problem itself - so always think positively.
