Positivity Challenge: Since I am not on fb on a consistent basis, I will do mine all at once (of course I have to bend the rules), therefore, I need to list 15 things that I am thankful for, and in doing so, nominate 15 people. 1. I am thankful for my parents, I would not have changed anything about my upbringing and the morals, values and respect I was taught...and the love and acceptance I felt from them. 2. I am thankful that I still have my mother. 3. I am thankful to God that he has given me all three of my children, although 2 were unplanned, I love them all more than anything in this world...I would lay down my life for them. 4. I am thankful for the special times I had with my Daddy, chasing dreams of being a country music singer...my Dad is with Jesus now, but no one can take away those special memories we shared together.... 5. I am thankful that we live in a country that is free, and that I can openly worship God, and I am thankful for those lives that fight for us to keep it that way. 6. I am thankful for friends that are like family, those who stand in the gap for me, when I have no one else to turn to. Those who have spend hours on the phone with me over the years, laughed with me, cried with me, prayed for me and supported me. You, friends, are my family. 7. I am thankful that I made some really stupid decisions and mistakes along this journey, I am now in a position to help others - through my experiences...and thankful that Ive learned from them! 8. I am thankful for a career in Real Estate, where I can help people, and form lasting friendships. 9. I am thankful that I have eyes and ears...that I can see and hear. Although both seem to be getting worse as the years fly by, I can still see the beautiful things around me and hear the laughter of children. 10. I am thankful that although Ive put myself in many stupid situations in this life, I have a positive attitude. I am proud that I have not become bitter or jaded, and still have a loving heart. I am thankful that God chooses me to help others 11. I am thankful that my business continues to grow, and therefore, I have the means to support my family and give them special vacations and share time with them. 12. I am thankful that I can laugh at myself 13. I am thankful that I have a home, a car, and food to eat 14. I am thankful for the sunshine, always thankful for the sunshine, and all the glorious, breathtaking colors in the flowers God gave us to enjoy. 15. Last, but not least, I am thankful for Jesus Christ, the son of God, who gave his life for you...and me. And, as usual, I tend to march to the beat of a different drum, so Im gonna change the rules of this game I dont know who has already done this, so instead of naming or challenging people, I am simply going to say: if you are thankful for something, it doesnt matter how many things, even if its one. feel free to post. love and blessings and peace m~
