Possum Alert: 20:00 hrs. This Date. During Post-Walk Back Yard Check, Possum was found on the Barrel stand at the n. end of the Deck. Subject idd as: Possum and photoed. Subject was moved ( w/ Broomhandle ) from the stand and fled north to the stairs at the Stone Wall. Subject was again moved ( w/ Broomhandle ) from the wall under the stairs. Fleeing south behind the shed, Subject was, however, prevented from returning to the Barrel Stand. Subject was last seen, fleeing west toward the neighbors wood stack. The Canine, Ace, is cited for his intrepid vigilance and confrontation with the intruder. A thorough inspection of the area with Flashlight, confirmed the subject having fled the premises.
