Like I said in the welcome post #1, I feel completely blessed by how I’ve been physically transformed. I’ve gone from a size 7/8 to a 2 (and did it in less than 2 months) and I’m now maintaining a size 0/2 for over 3 years now! But even better Migraines, acid reflux, carpal tunnel, ADHD, Anxiety/Depression and horrible PMS are GONE! I am off prescription medications for the first time in over 20 years. My hypothyroid is also stable for the first time in 24 years. I feel amazing!
