Post 46 #LDNOverground @LDNOverground In the CMD ( Case Management Discussion )with a Judge and with the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) represented by the Cardiff based solicitors I had given examples of Race Discrimination by the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL )and had substantiated my claims in the letter written in November 2012 in reply to the Court Order made for me to provide reasons for Race Discrimination as in the accepted claim lodged in July 2012 for Unfair Dismissal with Race Discrimination. I had written about the nepotism in the Revenue Protection Inspector staff grade and how the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) nurtured and fostered that culture in the Revenue Protection Department. The Judge presiding the CMD ( Case Management Discussion ) took notes on my input on the day in February 2012 and subsequently sent out a summary of the CMD ( Case Management Discussion ) and Orders resulting from the CMD Case Management Discussion and a schedule of activity culminating in the court hearing dates in May 2013. In the court dates of 21 & 22 May 2013 the lone judge hearing the Unfair Dismissal with Race Discrimination claim lodged in July 2012 was also made aware of the nepotism and my input to the court room and the public gallery and the lone male judge was as transparent as possible, again giving examples of the nepotistic behaviour in the staff grade and the reason for the altercation in the privacy of the lift with the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) complaint making manager on 27.02.2012, the disciplinary incident. #LDNOverground @LDNOverground More tomorrow in post 47
