Post 7 #@LDNOverground Mr S. Mahendran vs London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) The number count is this. 1. I was dismissed first. Before my Unfair Dismissal with Race Discrimination claim lodged in July 2012 went to court in May 2013, the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) had dismissed another RPI but had settled the dismissal with a financial payment to the Revenue Protection Inspector. A former RPI colleague was dismissed but was taken back into employment if he consented to withdraw the ongoing accepted claim with the Employment Tribunal Service court. After my case was heard in May 2013, another RPI was dismissed before end of 2013. Yet another Revenue Protection Inspector colleague I understand has been dismissed. That is 4 of the 19 staff. 4 others are on their way to dismissal. That will be 8 out of 19 staff. The only member of staff with any sort of job security, is the intoxicated manager for London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) who is a sought after asset as he is useful and obliged to deliver tasks that may be enethical and improper. I have not contacted any of my colleagues as any information that is required will be forthcoming without soliciting them. More in post 8.
