It is definitely fine for me to go through agent in renting as long as he/she does the responsibilities. ZzzZzzz... this fellow is so particular in $$ matter and all she cares was our rental are paid in time. we complained about the leaking toilet pipe, spoilt window knob and etc since Beta year till Delta year. in the middle of the past 3 yrs, i think 2-3 guys were sent by her to check at it. but till now it is exactly 3 years already and it is still not fixed. the funny part here is tat we reminded her like 3-4 times per semester.
