Three to Five years Management experience in Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Management. Knowledge: ● Public Finance Management Act ● Public Service Regulations (PSR) ●Public Service Act (PSA)● Monitoring and Evaluation platform / Principles ● Monitoring and Evaluation Systems ● Research Methodology ● Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations (UIAR) ● Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA). Skills: ●Analytical skill ● Financial Management ● Report writing skills ● Project Management Skills● Risk Management skills ● Diversity Management Skills ● Computer Literacy ● Communication skills● Research Methodology ● Problem solving and Decision Making Skills. Duties: ● Develop and maintain appropriate governance to support the Fund’s strategy development process. ● Manage the implementation of the Monitor& Evaluation Framework. ● Monitor, evaluate and analyse service delivery. ● Manage the development of the Monitoring & Evaluation policy,, implementation and research.
