Post Processing - How Important? ------------------------------------------------- lightchasers.in/content/post-processing-how-important Is post processing required in photography workflow? yes very much. I have come to know that people talk about me as a Photoshop Photographer. People say that my images are heavily photoshopped and do not look original. I am uploading this image just to showcase that it is not always true. Yes I do like to play around with some images where I even use texture effect but I try to nail the exposure and composition as much as in the camera itself. Understand that there are no shortcuts to success in photography and you must work hard to get right results rather than relying on photoshop to make good a badly clicked image. Understand Light, Visualise, Set the exposure right and click. Go to photoshop only to do minor corrections, unless of course you want to create something surreal fitting the concept you want to create.
