Today was different. Today a friend emailed me about Global Tap. This is interesting. Although they are not the first company to offer refill stations for reusable bottles, they may be the first to take such a progressive stance in their mission and marketing. The Global Tap mission: “All humans must have access to clean water. If water is free in one part of the world, it should also be free in other parts. Water is a human right allotment that must not be charged for. Scarcity of water should not affect people’s right to clean water.” And from the About Global Tap page: Water connects us with every facet of life on earth, within one flowing enterprise. Without water cultures disappear, and civilizations die. If we begin to see that we are all water, then water will become the bridge that will reconnect us with all of life.” I’ll be curious to follow the progress of Global Tap."
