Post comp feelings. Today I feel sore and hungry (increased rate of metabolism) after my comp yesterday. I have therefore approached it to actively recovery through moment and eating well. So far... got up and took dogs for half hour walk, made porrgidge meal, oj, vitamins, cut grass while hydrating, protein drink & treated two clients. For lunch I had souar kruat, 3duck eggs, toast in fresh ginger and orange marmalade, oj, herbal tea and oat bar. Next up I have a few more clients where I will move and hydrate again maintianig good posture etc. Later I will fire out a recivery session followed by 30 minutes of stretching, protein, dinner and an early bed. You must apporach each day with a purpose to achieve even if it something small or something big. Have a productive day people!!!
