So we are back to trying figure out if its a lung issue or a heart (shunt) issue. Dr Barton and the surgeons will meet at some point today to decide what the plan of action is. One possibility is that they will take him to the cath lab and Dr Kimberling will do a heart cath. Or if there is something they can do bedside to help him come off ECMO. So we wait.
