Post from a fellow friend I have a question about my ex... I have full legal custody of my children granted by a judge in a restraining order until a custody agreement is arranged (we are still legally married ). The process is happening slowly. I just moved to California with my children because my life was threatened by him. He just called me demanding to get my daughters school phone number so he can call and check up on her. He proceeds to ask me and accuse me of seeing someone else (Im not), but he has it in his head that I do. I hung up on him and ended the conversation. Before that he said he was going to talk to his lawyer and make me give out my daughters school information. There is no protection against the children, just me, but I do have full pending custody. Do I just give him her school information or do I wait until the custody is final? My gut told me not to give her school info to him yet and I didnt. He has just once again gotten in my head and has me worried that not cooperating could look bad on me. I know Im not supposed to let it get to me still, and I did the right thing by hanging up on him, but can I get in trouble for not sharing this info with him?
