Post on Friday 04.10.2013 Mr S. Mahendran vs London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) over the 2 days of the court hearing with a Judge sitting alone on the Unfair Dismissal with Race Discrimination claim at Watford ET, with the 3 managers of LOROL ( London Overground ) presenting evidence on their disparate witness statements assisted by a counsel with the case prepared by the Cardiff based solicitors, all I could effectively do was ask and obtain the answer when they were on oath each h having used the bible to swear, if they had been true and fair and impartial. The first witness of London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) had written in his witness statement that he had occasion to ask for advice from the Human Resources for the employer LOROL ( London Overground ) as early as when he was conducting the investigatory interview with me on 01.03.2012 More on Saturday.
