Feb 12, 2014 Gentleman: We have no problem in starting a dialog ( between the TM and LLC Orgs ) geared toward establishing co-existence and co-operation between the two organizations. Before that can happen, however, there first must be an agreement in principle that there will be NO further contacts made by TM BoD members to track owners and racers encouraging them to not host and attend races promoted by the LLC organization. This is the primary stumbling block in establishing a spirit of co-existence and further cooperation. Please advise how you wish to handle this. We all know Ron is the CEO/Owner of LLC and his new endeavor at the time was the creation of the LLC. We dont want to waste any further time on what we all know has happened in the past, we, the LLC want to move forward on cooperation. So what we want is an agreement on..... is that this suggesting or instructing to racers and raceway owners by TM BOD members, in regards to attending LLC races and hosting LLC races will stop immediately and going forward from this date. So do you as members of the TM BOD agree with/on this or not? You have our word that we, the LLC BOD, will not suggest or instruct any racer or raceway to not attend or host TM races. Once you agree to this, what would be the next item of order you would like to discuss in the moving forward in cooperation between the two ORGs?
