Posted before but this is such a huge issue wanted to share again. Tons of lifters have hip and low back pain strictly do to excessive tightness from the muscles never being released. While typical stretching is generally used incorrectly, after a Session is a good time to incorporate some of these to hit the piriformis and psoas.
