Posted by: Joe Dagney Weve all been to a class or lesson or an inservice when we hear someone say, I already know this. Then they proceed to either check out or distract others. A simple strategy I learned years ago is to ask myself three questions when I am presented with this scenario. 1) Do I know the material? 2) How good am I at it? 3) Who am I teaching to do it? This year I am trying to help others with the principles of effective money management, because we are all only stewards of the resources we have, that means we are managing Gods resources, we dont own any of them. Being a better manager of Gods resources takes a desire to get better, the knowledge of money management presented in away most people can understand and the discipline to follow through. I love when parents start to understand there are ways to win with money and they immediately think of helping their children learn these principles, that is the exciting part to me!!
