Also Compliance is trying to keep us all compliant with these issues!!! Here are the facts about posting for your Plexus business and staying compliant. We can ONLY state what the website states as far as what Plexus Slim will help with. We CAN NOT make any medical claims of curing any disease. We also can not say CHRONIC PAIN when stating we have pain relief products. Chronic Pain is considered a disease. As far as Plexus Slim postings go: EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU CAN say: Was developed to help LEVEL blood sugar, LEVEL blood pressure, LEVEL cholesterol and lipids all while helping you lose weight and sleep better. No mention of any diseases!!!!! EXAMPLE of what NOT to say: will help with fibromyalgia and lupus pain, will cure diabetes, will lower blood pressure, will help with hypo-thyroidism and so on. You get the picture. Be sure when you are posting you are not claiming our products will cure ANY disease. Instead of using Chronic Pain use other analogies for pain like bad pain, awful pain, daily pain, constant pain ect. Chronic pain is considered a disease. When posting a testimony it is someones testimony and it is fine for them to state what it has helped them with. That being said do not add your website or link to the post when sharing on your business page or FB page. Just share the post. What I like to do is when I have a person who asks about the products I will automatically without asking them add them to the testimonial page. That way they can read those post for themselves and come to me with any questions they may have. I hope this helps you all!!
