We are currently only hiring for overnight shifts ONLY. SUN: 11P-7A MON: 11P-7A TUE: OFF WED: OFF THU: 11P-7A FRI: 11P-7A SAT: 11P-7A Job Description: Customer service agents are expected to answer calls for our fleet of taxi companies. An average representative will receive 500 calls in an eight hour shift of which around 300 will be customers placing orders. Orders are entered in Cabmate, a leading computer dispatch system specific to the taxicab industry. Order entry is the primary function of this position, and all applicants are required to type at least 35 WPM with general computer knowledge. As a dispatch provider to multiple taxi companies, our clients require the highest levels of customer service, and applicants must be able to handle periodic stressful situations and customer complaints. You need to sound nice, the customer should hear a smile in your voice. Employee Requirements * Previous customer service skills * You must be able to type at least 35 WPM * You must pass a pre-employment drug screen test before starting your position. This is mandatory for all new employees and must be completed within the first three days of training. Random drug testing is also performed during your employment.
