I wonder I really do not like almost all politicians. Generally when I post something about the current lying politician its brought up that the other politician of another party lied as well. This is the MORAL EQUIVALENCE argument. In most cases it is the argument that bringing up the current lying politicians lies are not really fair because the other lies of the other politician are not brought up equally. The other guy isnt running the country anymore and is not relevant, his record does not in any way excuse this guys record. It is like saying well youre guilty of murder and you should pay for that crime and the murderer saying hey what about that guy down there he killed someone too. To which I say, fine, youre both sentenced to death for yoru murders. However I am not trying to call attention to the current politicians lies to make a case that the previous politician or party is good and wholesome. LIes are lies are lies. This is the guy who is running the country currently.. I am calling out lies of a politician. This guy is just the current liar. Whatever george W Bushs lies were thats not going to make this guys lies ok. It absolves no one to point out that there are other liars. It is usually only a dodge or cover up to avoid the fact that we should not pay attention to the current lies and call the liar into account. Just because the last guy lied too doesnt make this guys lies ok. If they are all liars they are all in the same club as far as I am concerned. Evil men who have not kept promises that they used to coerce voters into putting them in office. They have violated a sacred trust . I hate lies. I wish we could have some sort or system that would tar and feather all of these guys when they lied and kick them out of office. I think they are all pretty much liars who all make promises they do not intend to keep. This just points out the latest in a string of politicians that promise much but deliver little. Lies are lies. Where is integrity? where is truth? Where is character? who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind; psalm 15 G0d, who may be a guest in your home? And he is not deceitful with his tongue, neither does evil to his neighbor and does not accept a bribe against his neighbor.He despises a reprobate, but honors the LORDs loyal followers.
