Posted this on charters FB page now to file a complaint with the BBB you asked me to give you a second chance ....so being a person who believes deeply in the fact we are all human and make mistakes, i did. I scheduled an appointment for today between 3 and 5. i had somewhere i needed to be at 6. At around 430 someone calls me and says "your technician is running behind and will be between 6 an 7 before they arrive" Now i see you could care less that i was upset in our first dispute. BTW, i went to the store for about 10 minutes today and there were 2-3 charter trucks IN MY APT COMPLEX with guys sitting in their trucks doing NOTHING! You have use up your second chance. i will go without TV before i use you again. i am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and of course my complaint will be plastered all over Facebook. NEVER have i been so disappointed in company as i am you....and you did it to me twice WOW....
