Posted this on instagram Myofibrilla hypertrophy phase.. 10 reps 4 sets Im back to splits. Today back/shoulders finished with bis. I dont have an arm day nor do I dedicate more than two exercises for biceps because of my style of back routine . So I am very particular in my exercise selection for bicep. Straight barbell curls is one of my go to movements main emphasis is bicep brachii which is the belly of the biceps what u usually see when people flex their biceps. Synergistic muscle that are also worked is the bicep brachialis which the outer (side view in the video) portion of the biceps and brachioradialis {upper outer forearm}. Stabilizers tend to be traps, delts and scapulae. With that many muscle group involved, I will elicit more anabolic hormones than I would using a machine. PS form got sloppy in the end
