Abstract should not exceed two pages.Abstract to be submitted in IEEE format. 2. Abstracts should reach us on or before 10th March 2014,11.59pm. 3. Details of all the team members names,department and college should be sent along with the paper in a size of A1 or A2. 4. The short listed candidates will be informed by 11th March 2014, 6:00pm through emails or sms. 5. Abstracts to be mailed to: [email protected] along with receipt number. 6. Team size is restricted to maximum of 2 members. 7. The participants are ought to present themselves in formals. 8. Presentations must be no longer than 10 minutes including queries. 9. The number of slides in the presentation should not exceed 15. 10. Participants should bring their college identity cards. 11. Two soft copies and two hard copies are to be submitted on the day of presentation. 12. Presentations should only be in ppt,pptx. 13. All the participants present during the event will be given participation certificates. 14. Registration fee will be collected at the nodal points. 15. The short listed candidates should email their presentations(in ppt/pptx) to [email protected] and be in the college ½ an hour prior to the event. 16. The decision of judges will be final. 17.
