Posting again. Just one donor so far. Id defend the case myself but every time I think of my dead babies or try to talk about it I breakdown uncontrollably again. Id just get in court and start blubbering. I desperately want to nail WLF on this so no one else has to go through what I did and most especially no more innocent animals will be summarily executed by any branch of government. If/when I win this case I will sue WLF in civil court for money damages big enough to stop this from happening again. No one should be ridden roughshod over like this. Right Brad Carroll Mary Ellen Miriam and Rick and all the rest? This is not an isolated incident. They raided me twice before. Theyve raided others and not just in Louisiana. Dont think you are safe in other states. You definitely are not. With these two cases won there will be precedent in Louisiana and persuasive precedent in the other 49 and I WILL mail copies to federal WLF and all the state WLF which will put them all on notice to cut this crap out OR ELSE. Youll be able to use my cases in your states if this happens to you. Furthermore if I win the civil suits and actually collect a judgement some of it will be going to other rehabbers and rehab centers. Some to a memorial scholarship for my dead babies and some of it to get me away from the scene of their crime... Or change this one enough so it doesnt look the same. I see my babies out of the corners of my eyes every single day and I still cry every day for them. So please, except for the IRS no government agencies needs to be put in their place more than Wildlife & Fisheries. I cant do it without the help of people who care. Please donate no matter how little the donation. The lawyer contacted me yesterday about it but still wants his $2500 fee which isnt bad at all. Im trying to get him to start for a small retainer with the rest before court but hes not much liking that idea. I really want this for all of us but especially the animals WLF in all states so love to kill.
