The MRP Foundation’s JumpStart Programme is a job readiness programme to help unemployed matriculants gain invaluable work experience in the marketplace which will ultimately help them to better understand the world of business and assist them with job applications. CRITERIA 1) The applicant must be between the ages of 18-29 and have a Matric Certificate. 2) The applicant must be a South African citizen and be free of a criminal record. 3) The applicant must complete the Khulisa application form and Khulisa’s pre-assessment which will be written on Tuesday 19 August 2014 (10am sharp!) at Greyville School in Lenasia. 4) The applicant must pass the Khulisa pre-assessment in order to continue onto the training which will take place from Wednesday 20 August 2014 – Wednesday 27 August 2014 (from 09:00-16:00) at Greyville School. Applicants, who successfully pass the pre-assessment, will be registered to attend Khulisas 5 day My Journey Training workshop. Upon completion of the My Journey Training workshop, the applicant will be required to complete the official JumpStart post-assessment on Wednesday 20 August 2014 (08:30 sharp!) at Greyville School. Should the applicant successfully pass this post-assessment, they will be recommended to take part in the JumpStart Work Programme which comprises of a 6-day work experience in a Mr Price store.
