Citrone Directed by: SAMUEL FISHER Choreography by: Tiffany Fish La Caroline –an original rock opera that uncovers French, Timucuan, & Spanish lives that converged at Ft. Caroline in 1564 to make us who we are today - for better, or for worse AUDITIONS • Actors must have strong vocal performance abilities. • *Auditions for two available roles for dancers (male) which will be with choreographer Tiffany Fish. • Come with recorded accompaniment on CD or MP3. A CD player will be provided to perform your musical number. • You may be asked to read from a script, which will be provided. There will be a week-long development workshop with some Alumni Cast and French collaborative partners in our Sister City of Nantes, France June 28th – July 5. New cast members will be invited to attend (at their own cost) should they wish to participate. Rehearsals will begin late summer 2014. Genevieve (Female) Maillard: Laudonnières wife, Pascale: Female- French maid of Laudonnière. La Caroline has been in development since 2012. It’s writer and composer were the recipients of a residency at CAP 21 Musical Theatre Conservatory in NYC in 2013. Jennifer Chase was awarded an Art Ventures grant for La Caroline from The Jacksonville Community Foundation. *Dance audition will be from 5:30- 6:30 only with choreographer Tiffany Fish.
