Posting for a friend please, she is pregnant and not with the father they have had a few arguments and hes been nasty and called her horrible names also threatened her a few times.. When the babys born shes scared hes going to just turn up and demand to take him out etc is there anyway she can stop this from happening? As obviously he hasnt been there and wont be when baby is born so she isnt going to just hand over a defenceless child to a man she thinks wont look after s child properly, she has been told by another friend to not put him in birth certificate so then he has no rights but she thinks she can get into trouble for this? Obviously if he goes on bc he has 50% rights but is there anyway she can set up contact centre visits so he isnt alone with the child as she doesnt want him in her house x
