Posting is limited on this page for several reasons.. Living Smarter With Fibromyalgia is the main page and even there I keep it somewhat limited to respect your newsfeed!! I believe that information overload can be detrimental to all of us but especially those of us with any chronic illness. Also, there are scammers and people who prey on those with chronic illness like fibromyalgia and even those who claim to have fibro and sell quick fixes but have likely never been diagnosed...often preying on social media in the name of profit or five minutes of fame... I have a low tolerance for people trying to profit and sell false cures or have little to no experience to back things... I have little tolerance for those who makes false claims and/or claim to be fitness trainers when they are not. Selling multi level shakes and having an interest in fitness does not make one a certified trainer with experience. Yet that is some of what we see both on some fibro pages and others as well. Working with fibromyalgia is complex on many levels. We must be careful what we buy into, verify sources and limit our time on social media. We need to have boundaries and limits if we are to be living smarter with fibromyalgia... Yes, fibro is one of the most complex illnesses of our time, and that is why there will never be one pill or quick fix. I live with passion every day to create a better quality of life and extend everything I can to these pages, and even after four years on this social media platform, there is always new information and experience to share and I hope that I do that and thank everyone for being here and trusting in your greater magnificence .. (I say those last few words often because it is truly how I feel about our minds and bodies and the amazing intricacies we inhabit) We continue working on various projects all in the name of a better quality of life with fibromyalgia and related conditions...and that is what keeps us motivated and passionate... Faith and conviction are powerful...keep on believing..keep on trusting and just remember that we never know whats around that corner, so we might as well hang in there ...life is short anyway and theres less time for rehearsal than ever before ....
