Posting on behalf of my friend Syed Shah Ali Hussaini,who had a bitter experience with yellow taxi today. ------------------------- Unreliable Service from Yellow Taxi ------------------------- Extremely disappoined with the service from Yellow taxi. --> Cab was booked 12 hours in advance. Booking was confirmed. ID # B000034 --> No one showed up till 10 mins before pick up time --> Called the driver whose number was messaged to me. Driver says he was never informed about the pick up --> Called their customer service at 04044004400. The rep says the cab broke down and they cannot provide another cab. --> When I asked for a Supervisor, was informed that the Sup is not available and I will get a call from Sup in 2-3 hours. No one called back even after 7 hours Never rely on Yellow Taxi for cabs. This is not the first time it has happened with me. Please share this and spread the message. Yellow Taxi is an unreliable cab service in Hyderabad. Never book cabs from Yellow taxi.
