Posting update: Back in July I posted my story. To try and quickly recap we lost our home to a fire in August of 2011. I made a quilt top out of the blue jeans that were donated to us. It then sat in a drawer for 3 years because I could not justify spending the money to get it quilted when so many other things seemed to be more important. By the grace of God I was blessed to find this group. Hundreds of you commented on my original post and took the time out of your busy lives to bless me with your kind words. Through that post I found a Quilting Angel. Jessica Darling ♡ She offered her services to quilt my top. Needless to say I was overwhelmed with her generous offer. Then I received my quilt back and overwhelmed does not describe how I felt when I saw the quality of her work. You can see the detail of her work in my first photo with my granddaughter wrapped in it. Here is a link to her FB page. https://m.facebook/remnantsfiberculture I hope if any of you are looking for a long arm quilter you contact her. Picture 2 & 3 are of the finished front & back. As if she didnt do enough for me, when I got my quilt back there was a little treat inside (picture #4). This incredible woman made me a quilt... A gorgeous quilt. I cannot praise Jessica enough or this group of quilters for being apart of my life. My cup runneth over.
