Pot cookies and brownies bust could land a teenager in prison for life. Police say 19-year-old Jacob Lavoro was operating the business out of his Texas apartment. They say he used hash oil to make the brownies. Texas law says hash oil is classified as a Penalty 2 controlled substance. Possession of the smallest amount is a felony.
