Buy These Ingredients Now . Cooking Directions: 1. Boil and mash the potatoes. 2. Add fresh coriander, green chillies, salt, black pepper, cumin and lemon juice and mix well. 3. Make small potato balls and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 4. To make the batte, mix salt, turmeric and red chilli powder in gram flour. 5. Make a thick paste by adding a lettle water. 6. Cover and keep the batter in a warm place for 10-15 minutes In a wok, heat cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minute. 7. Dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry till golden brown. 8. To make the tamarind chutney, mix all the ingredients and cook them on low heat for 10 minutes. 9. Remove from heat, cool completely and store the chutney in clean, dry bottle. 10. Serve hot potato balls with tomarind chutney. 11. Tip:Top prevent stickiness of boiled potatoes, add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
