This is especially true when working with such agencies as that have a national security mission, with a particular emphasis on the Intelligence Community and Defense Department. The ability to act on information is where the company distinguished itself as a trusted and valuable partner. Specific responsibilities include: · Responsible for sales with an understanding of INTEL and ability to understand mission requirements. · Create and implement market-driven strategy for implementation partnerships that leverages the company’s prominence in the marketplace and capitalizes on the synergies available through key alliances. ·Maximize company presence in the partner’s channel and all key marketing opportunities by cultivating the critical contacts to extend the relationship. ·Responsible for driving revenue and positioning the company’s value propositions in the National Security Marketplace. Revenue will be acquired through the development of new customer relationships, growing existing customer relationships, and securing opportunities through alliance ·Responsible for negotiating government contracts and participating in the RFP process. ·Prepare and deliver high level sophisticated presentations ·Remains knowledgeable of Government industry trends and communicates this information to the Federal Sales Team. ·Provides strategic input and thought leadership to sales associates and leaders. ·Effectively communicating with manager and sales associate team regarding the sales process, including use of sales force automation tools. Qualifications: · 7+ years of direct field sales or business development experience with National Security accounts. The focus is on selling and closing complex deals; this will require a consultative sales approach and intimate understanding of the client’s mission, objectives challenges and budgets. · Keen understanding of pricing, selling customized solutions, capture and delivery is essential. · Excellent negotiation, strong presentation skills, as well as written communication skills · Demonstrated ability to identify, nurture, and close large revenue opportunities. · Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a services company. Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, MBA highly desirable Ability to obtain required top secret clearance, SCI preferred
