Potomac Recruiting is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Services for a company that provides innovative aerial services, from working on infrastructure to providing aerial support for oil and gas exploration and executing military operations overseas. The Senior Director of Commercial Services will lead and drive new business development, sales, and marketing efforts to grow the company’s revenue and client base by expanding existing clients and continuously identifying new prospects. Qualified applicants must have a degree and 15 years of experience (or the equivalent), as well as proven sales, a business development track record in relevant markets, and experience developing and implementing international sales strategies to build new businesses from a strong network. Sampling of Essential Functions: -Increase business development and sales within target market segments: Construction/Infrastructure, Firefighting and Logging -Continue to grow and expand the Company’s Commercial Services business -Perform market research to identify potential and existing markets -Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary -Ensure and prepare deliverables to satisfy requirements, cost, and schedule -Spearhead RFP’s and RFI’s, which include team member identification, coordination of non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontractor agreements -Document and maintain proposal templates and past performance write ups -Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual change -Encourage creativity, risk taking, and constant improvement
