Pour les sceptiques .. Publiée le 2014-03-16 An international monitor Johan Backman visited the polling station in Simferopol on Sunday as voters rose early to cast their vote in the referendum. He spoke to the head of the station and checked the ballot-boxes, as the voters were coming in masses to cast their votes. Johan Backman is the one of 135 OBSERVERS that have been registered for monitoring the referendum at the invitation of the republics election commission. Other members of the mission are from 22 COUNTRIES , including Poland, Austria, France, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Italy and Latvia.
