Poverty is not the absence of resources but the absence of imagination. That’s why many people are employed by companies to make money and the directors can make money using an employee yet the employee is the imaginative one giving money to someone else. It is lack of imagination. If you want to make millions it needs you to know people, and to be connected to the right people. May your imagination be above selling wares on street corners. The trouble with many Christians is that they are too soft, Jesus was not soft yet many people think they will get rich by being soft. When you want to be rich, be angry at your poverty. That’s why its possible to travel a 500km journey cracking jokes in a bus, and if you don’t realise thieves have stolen your wallet, you will still be happy the whole journey only to realise when you arrive that you are penniless.
