Powder River Rodeo is providing the rough stock for the Casper College Ropin n Riggin rodeo. This is the 28th year we have provided the stock! We have been involved with the Casper College rodeo since 1976, Hank and I are rodeo alumni and every year after we college rodeoed Hank either was a pickup man or judge, I was the secretary and or timer until 1987 when we became the stock contractor! Wonderful school and amazing coach with Tom Parker.
